The transaction, which closed at the end of October, marks a significant milestone for the company and reflects the continued strength of the commercial real estate market in Eindhoven.

The property offers approximately 6,000 square meters of office space and 1,750 square meters of warehouse space, leased on a long-term basis to a publicly listed company.
