The building is situated on a 5,677 sqm plot and features 54 parking spaces and approximately 3,500 sqm of office and studio facilities. The public broadcaster Omroep Brabant provides local news, information, education, and culture via radio, TV, and online for the entire province. Omroep Brabant employs over 230 staff members. The property will undergo a complete renovation and sustainability upgrade in 2023.
