Profound Investment Management is pleased to announce that we have assisted one of our respected clients with the successful sale of a modern production and warehouse facility on a high-visibility location on the Duin III industrial zone in Schijndel.

The asset comprises over 3,000 square meters of warehouse, production/assembly and office space on a 6,300 square meter plot. The asset was newly built in 2021 on behalf of the current user who has committed to a long-term lease.
