The asset, comprising of approx. 20,000 square meters warehouse and logistics space on a plot of 39,000 square meters, is strategically located near Theodorushaven in Bergen op Zoom near the new terminal of BTT Multimodal Container Solutions B.V., a main logistics hub in The Netherlands and a prime location with easy access to the wider Rotterdam, Antwerp and West-Brabant region. The asset is currently fully leased to an internationally operating logistics service provider.
