On behalf of and in collaboration with Profound Asset Management, Boelens de Gruyter is developing The Betz building in Rotterdam as a delegated developer. In the coming months, the final touches will be made to the transformation of this former office building into the residential building The Betz.

The building consists of 169 apartments with various rooftop terraces and spacious balconies for the residents. The ground floor will soon become the living room of the neighborhood, featuring a large restaurant on the sunny Alexanderplein. On the 10th floor, you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city in the rooftop bar with expansive views over Rotterdam. A complete concept where living and leisure come together. The building will be completed this summer.
