Profound Asset Management BV and its subsidiaries (“Profound”) act as managers within the meaning of the Act on Financial Supervision (Wft) of alternative investment funds (AIFs), in this case investment funds in real estate. The activities of Profound are primarily aimed at managing and structuring investment vehicles that invest – directly or indirectly – in the Netherlands. The manager is responsible for managing the investment vehicles. In addition, the manager is responsible for the properties in the administrative, financial, commercial and technical fields.

In executing our services we process personal information that says something about you directly or indirectly like your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, details of your identity card or company details (eg Chamber of Commerce information). In addition, we use information about and for contracts to execute our services, for example bank details and deeds. Profound values the privacy of its clients.
