TRANSACTION REPORT
Amsterdam, October 12, 2023 – The logistics complex at Paardebijsters 4 in Breda was recently successfully leased through an off-market transaction.

The new tenant has signed a long-term lease agreement for the building from which they will expand their postal and parcel services activities for the Benelux region.

The leased property is a large-scale complex with a total area of over 15,000 sqm and is located in the Moleneind-Oost business park. The tenant chose this location partly because of its excellent accessibility, being just a few minutes from the A27 motorway entrance and exit.

The complex is part of the Urban Logistics Fund of one of Profound Investment Management’s internationally operating clients, for whom they provide investment, asset, and fund management services.

The platform has been active since 2016 and focuses on pan-European logistics real estate near major urban areas. De Lobel & Partners advised the owner on the lease, in collaboration with Profound Investment Management.
