TRANSACTION REPORT

Amsterdam, October 24, 2023 – The Municipality of Emmen has purchased the health center “Kop van Zuid” at Boermarkeweg 44-46B in Emmen.

This modern, sustainable (energy label A), and freestanding health center from 2008 is located opposite the Treant Hospital. Currently, the property is leased to various tenants in the medical and social sectors. The property has a total area of approximately 5,890 m² and includes a three-level parking basement with 230 parking spaces.
