The property comprises approximately 7,033 sqm of industrial space and approximately 730 sqm of office space, along with ample on-site parking facilities. The property at Broekakkerweg is located in the “Broekakkers” business park, known for its diverse range of businesses. Both large international companies and local SMEs are established in this area.
The municipality of Gilze and Rijen is very favorably located relative to both Tilburg and Breda, making it a central and regional location in the Midden-Brabant region. The complex is part of the Urban Logistics Fund of one of the internationally operating clients of Profound Investment Management, for whom they provide investment, asset, and fund management services. The platform has been active since 2016 and focuses on pan-European logistics real estate near major urban areas.
